On Lovely, I worked as the Key Grip/Electric, which was my first experience in a leadership role with crew members directly under me. Working on a production with a crew of more than 35 people taught me a great deal about communication, teamwork, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. The experience helped me grow both technically and professionally, and I gained valuable on-set knowledge that strengthened my understanding of film production and collaboration.
